Online reservation system. Table reservations are handled at reservas.paxmadrid.com, which shows the booking form of the platform contracted by the Company. When you open that page, the platform may set its own technical cookies, such as __cf_bm (keeping the booking session and protecting against automated abuse). These cookies are not set unless you visit the booking page.
Other external services. To display the site’s typefaces your browser downloads files from Google Fonts (a Google service), which communicates your IP address to Google; that service does not set cookies. Videos are loaded from YouTube (Google) only when you press the play button: only then may YouTube set its own cookies. If you do not play the video, no YouTube content is loaded.
