About us
PAX Restaurant is located on the second floor of the Centro Cultural de los Ejércitos on Gran Vía, in the heart of Madrid. Conceived in January 2023 to express our philosophy that "the best country means the best produce", we offer traditional Spanish cuisine in a unique historic setting.
The management of our central Madrid restaurant is led by the board of Club ARGO (Rational Association of Gastronomy and Leisure) – pioneers promoting Spanish gastronomic culture in its broadest sense. We host distinctive culinary events and tasting experiences such as:

100 years of Spanish history
Former Military Casino
The Centro Cultural de los Ejércitos, popularly known as the "Military Casino", boasts over a century of history. Inaugurated in 1916 by King Alfonso XIII, beyond serving as a military residence it houses the oldest operating fencing hall in Europe, a gym, hairdresser and numerous leisure facilities.
Its multiple rooms, ornamentation and decor make it an exceptional venue for distinguished events and memorable evenings.

What are the opening hours?
PAX Madrid is open every day from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm.
Do you serve breakfast?
Yes, breakfast is served.
What time can you eat and is there a daily menu?
The dining room serves lunch from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, every day, with a daily menu available. From 4:00 pm the bar stays open until closing.
Do you serve dinner?
There is no à la carte dinner service. Dinners are only offered by arrangement, for events and celebrations.
How can I book a table?
You can book online at reservas.paxmadrid.com for lunch service (last seating at 3:45 pm), up to 10 guests, or call +34 682 48 25 01.
